The “Beginning”

Though this is the “official” beginning of my posts, the production of my film has been an ongoing process since the first announcement of this assignment in October. However, I had a reason for beginning so early and dedicating so much time to the production; this film is being animated. For as long as I could remember, I have loved cartoons. My passion for creating an animated feature was not quelled by the difficulty of the animation process. The rest of my blog posts will be an insight into my artistic choices and the thought processes during the creation of the two-minute opening to my film: Open Arms.
